- Authors retain copyright while granting the journal the right to publish and distribute their articles.
- The journal follows a double-anonymous peer-review process.
- The identities of authors are not disclosed to reviewers, and reviewer identities are not disclosed to authors.
- Every eligible research article is normally reviewed by at least two independent subject experts.
- Reviewers evaluate originality, methodology, academic quality, ethical compliance, findings and contribution to knowledge.
- The final decision to accept, revise or reject a manuscript is made by the Editor-in-Chief or an authorised editor.
- Publication charges, institutional affiliation, nationality, position or personal relationships do not influence peer-review or editorial decisions.
